I have secure earesed my SSD and re install Windows 7 etc I have just benchmarked my systeam and I jsut wanted your advice if you think it is correct the results I was givien. Dose it look correct to you? I'm using a sata2 because my motherboard dose not have sata. I have got an AM3 chipset with an AMD 6Core CPU.

Click me.

^-- There are the specifics of your SSD.
So I'd say no, that's not right..

Make sure your mobo is SATA3 capable and the SSD is in a SATA3 slot. (I've heard that it doesn't matter, but hey, what do you have to lose?)

Enable TRIM if your Mobo supports it, and make sure your BIOs is set to AHCI.
