I'm out less than 200. I paid a little extra for all my parts for the ability to return them for any reason. I initially didn't suspect the PSU for that exact same reason. It took a while to get everything sorted out, but I'm glad it's all taken care of now.

Don't worry. All of us more knowledgeable users suspected the PSU all along. And that's great RAM you have there. Gskill stuff tends to be highly rated as long as you don't get a DOA set (disregarding the old Micron D9 degrading IC issues that used to plague every manufacturer using those IC's back in the day).

If you have your original receipt, might want to see if you can get that TX750 replaced under warranty. The current TX750 V2 model has a five-year warranty; I'm thinking the V1 had at least three.

All I seen was everyone saying "PSU" and you saying it was everything else and being rude about it.

It was the PSU...
