samsung SMB2330H is not good enought?
how come dirt 3 is running smoth even at higher fps? over 100fps smoth.

bumb ...
dirt 3 runs smoth even without vsync.. over 100fps
then again cod mw 2 runs a little lagy without vsync
and combat arms lagy

well you find the plus icon within the program and select the program you would want to enable vsync for. generally through c:\\programfiles\\etc... then when it is added to the list you select it and select vsync on the right hand side. It should force it on.
