How come ? I thought the latest build was the 8.0a1 ?

I am using the nightly channel as a primary browser and so far no important crashes nor freezes. Chrome 13 is my backup browser as of now.

I believe that's incorrect. I'm on Aurora and it's currently 7.0a2. I searched the beta up on their website and the beta version is currently 6.0.

When 6.0 goes to stable (i.e. very soon), 7 will be beta, 8 will be alpha and 9 will be nightly.
