You got all latest drivers from there?
I've had some problems with my RAM sometimes, it acctually made the system slower. But now its fine. I didnt even do anything, only a fresh install of windows. But try updating every single one of the MotherBoard Drivers and see if there is any difference. It could allso be the ATi drivers, they are pretty crap.
Yesterday I could play any game I wanted and today I cant play Valve games, just TF2 :'D
Yes, it is. I heard about and AMD utility called Cool&Quiet. I disabled it, looks my problem is fixed. Ill wait more time.

Forget about raising your GPU voltage, set your fan up to 100% and game a little. If it doesn't freeze, it must be a heat related problem.

AMD GPUs get unstable if their temps are high.
You can increase stability if you increase voltage, but if you increase voltage, you also increase heat. There is a sweet spot between clock, voltage and cooling solution. So by what you described I think you should eliminate a heat problem.

As for drivers, I not only use driver sweeper to clean older, I also go to Device Manager, and under "display adapters" I right click, then: uninstall (check any boxes that might appear) then I scan for hardware changes. Repeat until it says "default VGA adapter" or something like that.

Combining this with driver sweeper will make sure no trace of drivers are left on your system.

also delete c:/ati ; c:/amd c:/nvidia before installing any drivers (those folders are where the installers unpack the packages containing the drivers and software such as CCC or physX software

Anyways, your problems doesn't seem to be "fixable", what you must do is find out what is broken (probably the video card) and RMA it.

To be honest I've never RMA'd a card but I know some that have. You either send Newegg a e-mail about the problem or you can do it by Sapphire I think.

Thanks a lot man, i have a feeling that this is the way to fix my problem. I used the DriverSweeper and see:

Ati display
Creative sound
Microsoft mouse
Nvidia chipset
Nvidia display
Nvidia physx
Realtek sound
