@OP:

What OS are you planning on running? I ask because if you're going to be running Linux, the RAID offered by the OS would be far, far more reliable than the RAID which those cards use. Believe me, I have 4 of those cards myself.

If you are starting you own web hosting company you would really want to have a redundant server aswell. Where I work we have a web store and there are 2 redundant servers, also you might want to go down the route of a premade server, especially if its other peoples sites your hosting. It might be easier having a small rack and having your servers, switches, modems etc in there cause you want it to be away from other computers that have little to do with it.
Im not telling you what to do by the way I am only give advide from past experience.
