Definitely going to have to agree with most of the people here and suggest a good GTX460 1GB. I played SC2 maxed out and CoD almost maxed out with my 460 and got a steady 40+ FPS @ 1080p. If you find a good deal you can get one for $120-130 brand new. You could also get one of the factory overclocked ones for a couple bucks more!

Why pay for an overclock when you can do it yourself?

I'm looking at these three:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...tem=14-130-625
EVGA 01G-P3-1556-KR GeForce GTX 550 Ti (Fermi) FPB 1GB 192-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814133394
PNY RVCGGTX4601XXB GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814500202
ZOTAC ZT-40408-10P GeForce GTX 460 (Fermi) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5 PCI Express 2.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support Video Card

Which one of these would be best for a p67 extreme4 motherboard and handle multi-tasking along with the games i listed?

Best choices are B-Stock from EVGA. GTX 560/GTX 460

or you can find one here @ OCN for pretty cheap.
My current GTX 460 is from that. I got the FPB model. It came no problems, it looked brand new, it took about 5 days I think to ship, and I live in the Northwest Suburbs of Chicago (I saw that you said you lived in Chicago).

The EVGA B-Stock is good. Everyone complains about the 90 day warranty, but if something is wrong with the card, it should be shown within the first 90 days of owning the card.

I don't overclock this card, nor will I be overclocking the card due to the 90 day warranty. But, I might buy another one from them to SLI in the future, or buy a used one here or something.

But the EVGA B-Stock is very good, my card is running fine at my current small resolution (1280x1024), I haven't had problems in any game, I even play Metro 2033 maxed out with Advanced Phsx on lol.

Edit:

The 550 ti isn't as powerful as the GTX 460. I don't know how less powerful, but if someone else knows, they can share that information.

The Re-certified PNY GTX 460 is refurbished. It's still like buying from the EVGA B-stock. Right now I'd recommend the GTX 460 from EVGA B-stock, but if you must you could buy it from that Re-certified PNY, but if you buy from EVGA B-stock you'd be saving yourself $17 (including the shipping cost on NewEgg).

GTX 465's are better than GTX 460's but I've heard that they run hotter. I don't know the quality of Galaxy cards, but a GTX 465 for that price is good.

They're similar clock for clock, but the 460 will generally have much better overclocking headroom. I wouldn't go with a 465 unless it unlocks.
