Lose 8GB of RAM, downgrade to the P8P67 Pro, and downgrade to a 2500K (it'll actually overclock better than a 2600K.

~$200 savings?

I agree with almost all of the previous posters:

1) Downgrade to i5-2500K. It's a great CPU, and you can get it easily to 4.5...the i7 won't help with gaming much at all. You might stick with a 2600K if you're doing seriously threaded work, or folding!, but the i5 performs wonderfully and can save you $100.
2) Downgrade to 8GB of RAM. Even 8 gigs is overkill, but *shrug*. RAM is CHEAP right now, enjoy
3) You can save on the PSU and GPU.
4) Different HSF, perhaps? Heard good things about the 212+, and it's far less expensive.
5) Cheaper case! Great cases really can be had for cheaper.
6) Cheaper mobo. Crazy-craptons of features aren't really that necessary.

Now, with the savings you've acquired, I bet you can throw a small SSD in there, 64gb or smaller...it'll make ya feel spiffy

Wow im impressed with all of the fast responses!

Heres the new build:

CPU - Intel Core i5 2500K $219.99

Aftermarket Heatsink - Hyper 212+ $28.99

Motherboard - ASUS P8P67 Pro $179.99

Memory - G.SKILL Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 1600 $59.99

Videocard - Radeon HD 6770 $119.99

HDD - WD Caviar 1TB $79.99

PSU - Antec High Current Gamer Series 620W $69.99

DVD Rom - ASUS DVD Burner $20.99

Case - COOLER MASTER HAF 932 $159.99

Thermal Compound -Arctic Silver 5 $11.99

Total: $858.54 (After Shipping!)

Hows this look? I actually Upgraded the case to a HAF 932. It looks like it wound be amazing at cooling and im still WAY under budget. I dropped the Videocard a little more than I wanted. Anyone have any suggestions for Videocards? Also is that PSU a decent brand? If the Hyper 212 only struggles when the 2500k gets over 4.5 then ill be VERY happy because I only plan on going to 4-4.5.

Do you need a full tower? The CM Storm Sniper is cheaper and still is very large inside. Also Corsair 600T.

You could go for a GTX 570. They are about 330 now.
