I wanted to buy 2 Direct Cu ii but people here were advising me that it'll be a little tricky to do SLi on a P67 deluxe.

So what you say? Are them good Ocing and Temp wise?

You actually made a good choice IMO. The ASUS cards don't like to overclock and not to mention their freaking huge (3 slot card).

The MSI Forzr 3 gtx 570s you bought should overclock really well and run quiet and cool, IF you have a well ventilated case, as these cards will put out most of their heat inside your case.

My 570 beats my former 6970 in all games at 2560X1600 due to its superior overclocking potential.
I haven't hit a VRAM limit yet, only a hair in Metro 2033 and it still runs phenomenal.

This GTX and driver set is superior (features, stability, tess performance) to my previous Cayman.
It was a good GPU but this GPU has been better for me.

Not one driver issue and I have 30-40 games.
Something I couldn't say with my Cayman.

The GTX 570 1280MB is a great GPU for 1600P.
And the 2560MB GTX 570 makes the 6950/6970 nothing more then bargains for performance.

I just ordered twin frozr iii gtx 570 a few days ago to go with my new system... I mainly got it because of the supposed issue with vrms on them. But after reading now, it seems that was only a vocal minority. Anyways, this card should OC like a beast and I think you'll be quite happy with it.

I have a HAF X waiting for them. It should be enough i think.

Very similar if you want my opinion. As for surround, hardOCp made some test and the HD6970 was better in most case VS the GTX570. (SLI/CF)

It scales better.

Comparing a single card to single card when he is asking about dual cards? LOL! The 6970 scales better than 580s even, which scale better than 570s. The 6970s also have much better drivers than the ones in that test now.

@Antrax
This was an answer to amstech and not for the OP and his SLI. Amstech told that his 570 beats his HD6970 in every games.

This perf somary prove that they are pretty equal.

In a thread where the OP was asking about single cards, after the same TPU chart here was posted except at 1200.
