reltemp says 1200mhz and 133,35 x 9 (goes up at the slightest bit of load)

technicaly i am able, i also have the machines, (the h100 is arround 80€ (h70 almost not available but also 80€).
but it will only cool the GPU chip so i would have to find a solution for the other parts of the card.

i ordered a Define XL from fractal design wich has a fan possibility at the side (above the card). So if changing thermal paste does not help would this be an option ?
edit: how big/loud would that side fan have to be (can be 120 or 140 ?)
