Yeah, look, don't listen to these guys. The numbers don't lie. Look at the numbers from Skinnee's 277w test vs. the 463w test @1000rpm:

GTX    10.18    17.02
MCR    7.79     13.02
RX     7.52     12.57
In every case the second number is ~67% greater. That is to say, there's no difference in relative performance at varying heat loads. The GTX isn't going to magically perform better than the MCR or RX if we double the heat load again. Turn up the fans, then sure, it'll do better. But it will do better with faster fans at lower heat loads too.

There's a lot of myth and hearsay in this hobby. Trust the numbers.
