My biggest problem with the multiplayer is that it's too glitchy. The lagging bullets/hit box is the most annoying trait of multiplayer. If I run behind cover my 'ghost' shouldn't be soaking up bullets. It's one thing that the weapons are so unbalanced but it's another to watch a killcam where an enemy is just shooting thin air. Not to mention the frame rate drops during napalm strikes are also a common annoyance. If they are going to keep using the same engine over and over, we should get a game that is more polished and refined out of the box.
Both of these issues are Network problems, not game problems. Some tweaking needs to be done to your setups, which would most likely alleviate both your issues.

I've never liked Call of Duty. I bought COD4,5,6,7 the other day because it was $40 AUD all together. I can safely say I hate that I purchased them, I cannot see the appeal, I regret every moment I played of those games.

I wonder if I can sue Activision for wasting my time with their Call of Duty games? Hmm... Anyone got Apple's lawyers number?

I play on the 360 over a wire connection and haven't noticed this in any other COD game. If there is a problem it's server side.

Same here, but I don't notice these problems. You may change your settings to find LOCAL games.
