Good replacement for a weak CM 200mm Fan

I have this front panel CM 200mm fan that came with my case (HAF 932). And it doesn't blow any air and it doesn't cool my HDD's and SDD's at the least bit. I'm thinking of putting a TY-140 (http://www.thermalright.com/products...at_id=16&id=97) on there. What fans do you guys recommend?

I don't think I can put two front fans on my HAF 932. It just allows for either 1x 120mm 1x 140mm and 1x 200mm. I may be wrong but I don't think so.

Edit: Here's a picture

Edit 2: Found another possible replacement. The NZXT FN 200 (http://store.nzxt.com/ProductDetails...N-200&CartID=1)

I have 2 of these in my HAF-X, they push a ton of air. However, they are not true 200mm fans, so you need some rigging to get them to mount where a 200mm fan goes.

What kind of rigging? Can you show your setup?
