Its not hard for me to believe that since a friend of mine had the same model with you and he sold it after 1 month use cause of that(temps). And he bought the msi twinfroz II 560ti with 30C in idle and max 55C-60C in heavy duty.

I think I am the only person in the world who doesn't like the look of those cards (msi twinfroz) I mean. I know they are great cards, I just don't like them.

Asus and palit have some good 560ti models too and btw i think i am the only person who just dont like EVGA cards. The only good thing evga has is the warrantly. But above that i just dont see it.Terrible temps against other manufacturers , good appearance. ? i dont think so , prices ? one of the highest's in the market if not the highest.so..
Anyway i just dont recommended them for OC higher than default unless you use watercooling.

Also in SLI the buggers run HOT. By hot I mean MSI 560 Ti TF2 at stock doing 90s.

I'm sorry, but in my CM ATCS840, my two TFII are running at 60 degrees at load....

That would sound about right.

I just have the single and it's never hit over 60 no matter what you throw it and all day long.

As low as 17 degrees on cold days first thing in the morning and usually 24-28 idle on normal days. That's with crappy 280xx drivers as well, which are known to produce more heat.

I thought the max you would gain would be about 10 extra degrees or so on top of your primary card.

Not sure how these people set up their computers or the general care they take of them.

Gigabyte is a POS btw.

Just threw up a little.

On topic

I too used to love EVGA until I got introduced to MSI and can't go wrong either way bud.

2GB version is nice purely for the vram but not so much the card itself.

If you can sell the card without much loss.

Buy 2x Msi ones or 2x EVGA ones, up to you.

Good luck.

If you'll stay at 1080p resolution, or basically just 1 monitor, 1gb is still cool. Sell your current card and go for the 2xMSI 560 Hawk http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814127578
Here's a review http://www.hardocp.com/article/2011/..._card_review/9 Check heat, it's very cool.

If you may go multi-monitor setup in the future, you may consider 2gb versions, or even a 3gb ati/nvidia.
