I can't see purchasing a phenom II at this point in it's life cycle. I'd start over with a i5 2500k build, or wait for BD.

No psu is crappy and building a p II rig at this point in time is a waste also don't know if that gpu will run your game with those settings

Well the AMD BD's are not supposed to release until June of 2011 correct? And would the single 6950 outperform the double 6870? Like, this one? -->

Sure it will work but it's not very good in some regards. Appologize in advance cleaning up your post so I could easier respond.

CORSAIR Vengeance 16GB (4 x 4GB) 1600 - 8GB to many, Atleast.

ASUS VS Series VS238H-P Black 23" 2ms - Ok.

SAMSUNG Spinpoint F3 1TB - Ok.

AMD Phenom II X6 1100T - Not right now. I got mine in March.. As for getting one here in mid August? I wouldn't.

MSI 890FXA-GD70 AM3 AMD 890FX - Avoid MSI boards for x6, Atleast anything not 990FX.
I would pick a PSU from Tator Tot's OCN Recommended PSU list

Go 2500k or wait for BD pretty much the answer of the year in regards to post like this.

Take a 1090T if you absolutely need 6 cores, or a 955 makes a better placeholder.
The 890FXA-GD70 is known for VRM failures with the x6, plus it is not fully AM3+ compatible
Better air coolers exist for a lower price than the H60, such as the Scythe Mine 2 + extra fan.
The likelihood is you won't ever use above 8GB. I edit video and run many such RAM intensive tasks, but never use over 8GB.

So, no go on the PSU. I'll pick from the list, I don't need anything near that much RAM, and perhaps a different Mobo, aside from waiting for the AMD BD or moving to I5 2500K. Thanks.
