Edit: sorry for my idiocy. They are both good choices another one is Seasonic USA.
I chose Corsair over Silverstone because of my past expierience with them, but I would choose Seasonic over Corsair.

This is the power supply section. How many watts do you need and what is your budget?

Depends on the specific units you're looking at. Silverstone has some units better than Corsair, and Corsair has some units better than Silverstone.
