It's just hard as crap to get into for me at least, oh well, I'm setting up a trial account, I'll see if I like it enough to actually buy a sub.

If you'd rather, I can send you a 21 day trial. If you end up buying the game, I'll get a month of free play and I'll pay you ~300-350 million ISK if that happens.

Yep.

Corporate infiltration is common too. Make a character, train him to use a semi-valuable ship [like an orca or a hulk]. Join a fairly new corporation. Earn some trust, get access to corp wallet / hangar.

Then you just take all the things and empty the corp wallet. With a trusting enough corp, you can make 500 million-2 billion ISK in only 2-3 weeks.

About $15 per 375 million ISK, so 3 billion would be ~$120.

Also, for context, the scam pulled off in the article (1,000 billion ISK) is about $40,000 worth of ISK [checked my math twice].
