The pins don't do any computation. If the core wasn't touched, you haven't touched the performance or MTBF as far as electronically. If you damaged any pins, that would be physical damage. If the paint thinner was petroleum based, it may have left some oily residue but shouldn't be conductive. If anything you might have made a mess.

If it was me I'd pull the chip out and clean it again to get rid of any residue from the paint thinner, you want the cleanest path for current to flow especially in a CPU. And now that the gold contact pads on the bottom of you CPU have contacted the pins on the socket I'd get some spray contact cleaner (you want the quick dry, non residue type) and a can of air and carefully give the pins a spritz. I always use Arctic two step on my CPU's .
