You would need a dual TEC most likely to handle an OC'ed Thuban. They get around 200W Heat Load when they get overclocked around +4GHz. And then there's other factors like if the radiator can dissipate the amount of heat from it. A single triple is fair but it'll get saturated with heat pretty quick at full load, and the reason why you'ed want a dual is because a single would generate too much waste heat at high voltages. I think the closest thing to work on an AM3 or a 920 is the Heat Locker thingy with like 4 or 5 TECs at 12V.
