The 650d isn't really a water cooling case. That being said, its not a great air cooling case either.

As mylilpony said, try to look on microcenter or frys online or if you have one nearby. I know microcenter has the 2500k for $180.

Newegg also has a combo deal with the 650d and the tx850 v2, the newer version of their tx series. The deal makes the price of the psu $95. A 850 might be a better choice since with two 6950's you'd be running almost over 750 watts.

Yea Directron's a great site. Got my SSD, Noctua, TY-140's, Spinpoint, Fan Controller there, among other things. Always good to check superbiiz, directron, svc, amazon before you buy on the egg just to make sure you are getting the best deal.

I will say that card is awesome, I love mine. Super quiet and a great performer, and it scales extremely well for going X-fire.
