Does the mcp350 with an xspc top have enough power to use with an ek supreme HF block, an EK gpu block, an xspc rx360, rx240, and a 250ml res?

Yes. EK HF's barely put any restriction into the loop, and XSPC radiators are low restriction as well.

Yes the mcp350 has enough power for that loop, and best off all it is a really quiet pump. I used to use it on a loop with an Aquagrafx and a Swiftech XT (both really restrictive) and moving to a MCP35X (when my 350 died) didn't lower my temperatures significantly.

from 350 to 35x didn't see a great drop in temp, so that means there is still a temp difference while using the same rad and blocks??
