The G110 is def a good k/b as well though, I'd try them both out if I were you.
Both? That's Pretty Expensive

I own a Lycosa and I have to admit, it's the WORST keyboard I have EVER used in my life.
My main gripes are that the force it takes to depress each individual key is not consistent across the board and the rubber coating begins to wear down within days [yes, my nails are clipped]

So far the keyboard is sitting in my closet collecting dust...

Rubber never wore off on my first one and I had it for a year. Absolutely no inconsistency with the force of the keys either, nor on my current one. Guess you might have had one of the earlier versions which were known for problems. Also, on the box of my replacement it has a sticker saying 'improved key mechanism'. Depends if you're typing for hours a day, every day, then maybe problems could arise. I also make sure my hands are clean from food residue or salt or grease, so not to soil the rubber coating and keep it from deteriorating.

G110. If your comparing the 2. Some will think the Lycosa is better, and some will think the g110 is better. However, people who like the Lycosa generally don't mind the g110. But I know many g110 owners who hate the Lycosa... G110 would be your best bet.

Not buy both, just try them out @ the store or at a friends' to see which one suits you the best.

Both are good though (imo), depending on what type of k/b you want.

I had a G11, and when it wore out, I chose the G110 over the Lycosa. Didn't end up trying the Lycosa, though - I liked the G11 enough to decide on a G110 pretty quickly. I like it a lot, and it has delayed my purchase of a mechanical keyboard for a while now.
