HD6750 or HD5830 - Page 2

So that's two of us suggesting the gts250, it's well worth it!
But if you wan't to spend a bit less, a gt240 wouldn't be a bad choice either

I agree. In that case, go with a GT240 or GTS250. That was the first card I had in my system and it played everything pretty well. It's inexpensive and is a good match for your system.

Go with the GT440 if those are your only choices. However, you should be able to get a GT240 for about $40 or less shipped if you check online. You can find them with GDDR5 memory as well.

Do not get the 6750, it's a rebranded 5750. The 5830 is a much better card. Either way though, therebwill be a bottleneck. I would suggest something like an HD 6570 or HD 6670.

Which monitor? I would have said something along the lines of a GT 240/4670. Both don't require supplemental power and will run nicely with a Dual.

Already bought a Video Card. Powercolor PCS+ HD5830 for $90. I think its a good deal.

I'm happy with it, though there's a major bottleneck with my cpu and memory... hehe... i think thats to be expected.
