i need one of these can someone tell me what the best choice of them are for these specs

The best one would be Corsair. Seasonic is considered to be the gold standard for psu in the industry, most reliable, throughput, etc.

That psu is just a Seasonic rebrand using the Corsair name, let me double check the validity of that statement real quick. EDIT: yes it is seasonic rebrand. Source.

850W is overkill btw

I would get the corsair. But a 750 watt version of that same PSU would still be enough power.
