I don't really get these Pico psus, http://www.logicsupply.eu/pk-12v102w says it doesn't even have a 4pin adapter when my mobo needs an 8pin. Am I missing something?

PicoPSUs are generally used for mITX system. Since these are low-powered system, many do not require the additional 4-pin/8-pin AUX power for the CPU. Many PicoPSUs don't have it to save costs and space.

While your mobo has an 8-pin EPS plug, you actually only need a 4-pin ATX AUX plug for it to work. A 35w CPU probably could just run off the main 24-pin plug power but your mobo was not designed too.

You can just use a 4-pin Molex to a 4-pin ATX AUX adapter.

I think I'm gonna go with these two
http://www.wesena.co.uk/product.php/16/5/120wpicopsu
http://www.wesena.co.uk/product.php/14/5/12v10apsa

And hope that the mobo and cpu run off 20pin and 4pin so I can use the molex for another SATA power cable

EDIT: Zotac say the mobo needs the 8pin so the last three items on this spreadsheet will do that and allow me two SATA drives.
