well I'd go with the RASA 240, but I may be biased Nice case selection, I like the board too, those gen 3's are nice looking.

You could take the money you would save by going i5 + gtx570, and put that into a SSD for OS. and always SLI down the road. the vram is what would concern me at your res though. You may almost be better getting a 1.5gb, or 3gb 580 if you can afford it. It's probably fine for now, but by time you want to add another GPU for SLI, you may find the vram lacking on a gtx570.

i was thinking of getting a 60gb vertex 3. and if i went with the rasa is that enough to cool cpu and gpu? or would i need to get another rad and maybe mod the case a little. but i think the actual water cooling loops are WAY cooler.

For gaming, I'd pick the 2500K and GTX 580.

I would say 2500K + GTX570. It would be the best bang for your buck and a GTX580 is really overkill for most games at 1920x1080.

You would probably want to go with the 360, or a 240 + another rad if you plan on SLI and 2 gpu's. At that point you'll be on the brink of what the pump can handle. All the more reason to go for the gtx580, you may find you won't even need SLI.
