TRIM and GC will work on restoring performance over time as you use the drive. If you want performance restored instantly, secure erase it.

Is that correct or is it not correct?.

If you have never used TRIM or GC on an SSD, then yes it is correct. However, the secure erase probably isn't necessary. Garbage collection will do its work relatively quickly (like within a month mostly).

So dose this mean the NAND will go back to defult. So when it first come out the box?

Yes and no. It will become a completely empty, unformatted drive again and performance should be the same as when new. However, it will not remove any wear that has already occurred on the device and any worn out blocks will not become usable again.
