which board to take?

Thread Starter
im currently upgrading to a sandy bridge rig, and i have three boards to choose from:

the gigabyte p67a-d3-b3 is the cheapest option, when for a little extra i can get either the gigabyte z68a-d3-b3 or the asus p8p67-m B3.

does it worth paying a little more for theese boards or just pick the p67a-d3-b3?
i am going to use the i5 2500k, and planning to OC it.

it costs a bit more, and in the same price i can get the p8z68-v LE, but both of it will cost more than the simple ga p67a-d3-b3.
does it really worth the extra cash?
