Hrrmm ... maybe your card has a newer voltage regulator model that's not supported yet by AB. Been a while since they released a new 'full' version of it. You might try the latest Beta version of AB, I'm guessing that will have the needed support.

Or Smartdoctor is okay in the meanwhile, it's just not nearly as feature-rich as AB. The onscreen display capability of AB, for example, is really sweet. Plus it graphs like every possible measurable stat on your card over time + does screenies and video capture, which is all really cool.

beta drivers worked! so I'll adjust the Core Voltage to 1037 instead of 1000 then. Also Core Clock 950MHz. How does that sound? I'll tell you how it goes now.
thanks!

Ok I benched it in Unigine Heaven, but it crashed about 20 seconds in. What settings should I change?

Bump the voltage until it's stable, just keep an eye on your temperatures to make sure nothing goes overboard.

I have the MSI Ti Twin Frozr II/OC: I had to put the Core voltage to 1062 to get Core Clock to 1000. I would just go to 1100mV at 950 and check your temps then increase the overclock as much as you can then back off a bit (25hz) and try to lower your voltage. But if your temps are fine 1100mV is fine.

The Msi version I have lets me run 930 core without touching the voltage, however even 5 more I need to up the voltage with only a few degrees in temperature increase if that, haven't really tried to mess around much with it but it's also done with Msi Afterburner and tested with OCCT.

I'd say you should be able to get similar results with slightly upper temperatures due to sli.

First to the OP, the suggestion you received to try 950 at 1.037v is incredibly optimistic. It would be a rare card indeed that can do that, getting two randomly would be highly unlikely. Something around 900Mhz at 1.05v (or even more volts honestly it might even take 1.075v for that) or if you want a little higher than maybe 950Mhz at around 1.1v or 1.125v would be good places to start. You will have to work out whats stable for your cards on your own though, nobody can just tell you. Start at a conservative clock and voltage (the ones I gave you should work but they may not also) then work your way up on the core clock, I also don't bother with the memory OC, until it becomes unstable at which point add more voltage if you are comfortable doing so.

To makesithappen, Furmark is a useless test on the 500 series cards due to over current protection (OCP) which throttles their clocks basically in half, making any sort of stability or temperatures results obtained from Furmark, OCCT, or Kombuster basically worthless. For stability testing I like Unigine Heaven and games.

When I first tested my 560ti hawk in furmark I thought it was broken or something because of OCP lol. The 6950 I had before I got my 560ti would run at an avg of 37 frames in furmark while my 560ti ran at around 20 frames but During gameplay my 560ti at 950mhz runs more or less the same or a little faster then my stock 6950 (it's a lot cooler too)

Haha! Thanks juano. I feel so much better reading that because I need 1.100v for 950 on my SC, lol.

I was so hopeful when I first opened it though. Went right for 1 Ghz, lol. Even my i5 760 struggles with 4Ghz. ;-(

If I get back luck next time, I'm selling out to AMD! Ill do it!! Don't teat me!!
