Asus M4A88TD-V w/ AMD Phenom

Got some problems, nothing I can really tell you guys. As this is seriously, just like bam.

Problem: Motherboard light, the Power LED, will not light up when I flip the switch on my PSU. Mobo is not getting power.

The Build

MOBO: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16813131646
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16819103808
GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130611
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16820231311
PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16817139021
Case: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16811156224

Attempted:

1) Using another power supply from a working computer, still no luck with the MOBO light turning on.
2) Plugged new PSU into another computer, motherboard got power when I flipped the switch. PSU shouldn't be the problem then..?
3) Took GPU out, still no luck with Power to the MOBO

*note* Power Supply makes like a beeping noise or something when turning off. Not to sure what that is all about.

Could be a faulty GPU or dead motherboard.

UPDATE:

Just plugged the new PSU into my old computer that works, and the motherboard power LED came on. I didn't try to power my comp though, as I only plugged the PSU into the Mobo lewl

New PSU, must be working.

What exactly would I be looking for?
I'll attempt to take it out and power it from outside the case.

It's currently screwed into the case with plastic-like washers on both sides of it stopping it from touching the metal of the case.

best to take it out the motherboard, along with the IO shield and washers and then do a total reseat. Its a pain but i normally do 2 reseats and if that doesn't work the motherboard needs to be RMAed.

This may be a good starting point. Work with as few parts as possible and make sure all cables are seated well. Don't forget 24-pin and CPU power; I have a bad habit of forgetting CPU power plug.
