I love the titanium hd!

Sorry guys I had to do it. it might be blog material but I have always been a doubter of soundcards until i bought this. I am watching Batman Begins right now in Entertainment mode and I can't believe how powerful my HD 555 sound now. Even though this cards headphone out is stereo, if you set you speakers to 5.1 in windows and watch 5.1 movies, you will instantly notice more detail than stereo. I can't believe how good the sound cue is.

I had bought one earlier (TiHD) but wasn't convinced and returned it, but got it again because i liked the boost in music it gave to my HD 555 but this one sounds better than the other one...in my games, moves and music.

Anyway, it was well worth the investment (I didn't know HD 555s could sound soo good). and I would recommend it to any doubters.

I use DTS Neo: PC Cinema mode with headphones. I agree, very nice card.

Oh on the console you select DTS encoder and set mode to headphones instead of 5.1. by cinema mode, do you mean the THX surround?
