Help with Seasonic

Okay so I have a Seasonic Gold Series X560w. I shortened a bunch of the cables including the 8pin eps, 2x pcie cables, and some others. I need to get my hands on a spare cable kit from Seasonic but here in lies the issue.

CS does not return emails, they are terrible about this in my experience. I have tried calling them however I can't understand what the people answering phones are saying to me. So I wonder if anyone here knows what OEM Seasonic uses for its cables since that is where I was told to contact for a replacement kit.

Are you sure you aren't contacting their Taiwan office?

Make sure it's the US office:

Finally got an email response from them last night right after I made this thread oddly enough. They are sending me new cables today.
