Looking good but now get that hardware in there!

Yea, but hows the pump gonna do with the extra viscosity of the MO? Also, id be worried that theres not enough flow to actually get the cool oil over to the opposite side and back to the inlet. Wonder if you shouldnt have put the inlet on one side and outlet on another?

I think the pump will do fine, only testing will find out And that's how I wanted to originally set the inlet and outlet up but with the power supply mounted in the corner, it pretty much takes up all the room on that side. I didn't have much to work with.

i love how a leak test is usually used to make sure that water isnt getting on the components.. and in this case its to make sure that water wont stop TOUCHING the components!

Well you never will, water is conductive, mineral oil isnt.

100% pure distilled water isn't very conductive, but it will become conductive as it picks up impurities from the computer.

That is very risky, even if the slightest impurities get in the water(which it will), it will short everything out.

Exactly, if the water is 100% pure, it can conduct electricity. The computer, the case, and the air would contaminate the water very quickly making the project dangerous.
