The 100MB partition is already deleted (unallocated). If he deletes the system partition, he won't be able to boot up. Your best bet is to use gParted, burn it to a CD, boot to it, and you can expand the partition that way. Should take you grand total of about 3 minutes. gParted is a great tool, and I use it frequently for HDD manipulation, and for basic file recovery.

On a side note, a hdd I use for my documents and music and such (SSD is boot drive) has it's own non hidden boot folder, which I cannot delete (it also has a hidden bootmgr).
There are no OS's on that HDD, how do I delete it?
You can also do this in gParted since you'll have it booted up anyway. It will require a bit of command line work, but is simple enough. Honestly, I'd just leave it alone.
