Looking to OC a 2500K to 4.5Ghz on air and possibly run SLI.

Thoughts on if there is better value than this bad boy? Also, I can't find any reviews does anybody own this and can stand testament to its worth?

If you look here on the ASRock website there is a direct comparison between all the Gen3 cards.

The Extreme3 is a VERY new card (as in released in the past day or two / still not released in a lot of locations) so finding a review might be hard for a few days at least.

Oh thanks I tried to find a compare function on the product page but I didn't know that existed

Pretty much no USB3.0 headers and less SATA ports seem to be it :S

The Extreme 4 also seems to have an extra 1 x PCIe 2.0 x16 Slot.

The Extreme3 has 2 less USB3 than the Extreme4 (Only 2) but comes to 2 more USB2 instead.

Other than the SATA you mentioned they are pretty similar in all other aspects.

But the Extreme4 goes to x8/x8 in SLI anyway I'm pretty sure same as the Extreme3.

I was worried about the power phases too but they appear to be the exact same

I was definitely going to get a Extreme4 Gen3 but the Extreme3 has all the features I need I think :S
