Don't worry, just RMA if something goes wrong (just like any piece of hardware). Those drives have blazing fast read and write speeds. I have a Crucial M4 64GB in my laptop, I really love it. It's just a shame that my laptop doesn't have SATA3
Hilarious also that no "negative" stuff about the drive can be found online. Newegg is full of reviews that document it. Anandtech wrote a whole page about it and pulled his recommendation of the drives. This forum has had plenty of members experience it.
