Phenom 9750 x4 2.4 ghz
1 gb radeon 5570
4x2gb (total of 8 gb) 400 mhz DDR2 Ram
750 gb 7200 RPM hdd

Ya at least a 400. I would get a 550-650 so you can upgrade in the future. A couple extra dollars now could save you 100 later.
Worse than crack.

300W is more than enough. It could run on a decent 250W, the HD5570 sips power.

400W could run something with an HD6950. 550W could handle an HD6990.
