Need to get internet to EV charging station in condo garage

Help,
I have a Nissan Leaf and recently moved into a condo. My Blink charging station is 2 floors underground, and I can't figure out how to get internet to it. There is no way to run a LAN from my condo on the 34th floor to the garage. I have looked into a Powerline, but no one can guarantee that my condo and the electrical outlet in the garage are on the same circuit. Is there some way to intermittently connect it? I only need to transmit the data and upgrade the firmware occasionally. Thanks for any help you've got.

I would buy another router and flash DD WRT to it then set it to bridging mode and hopefully the range will be improved massively. But thats only if you can bridge it with wires or IIRC DD WRT can bridge with wireless also http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Supported_Devices

After looking again it might be possible to bridge by wireless http://www.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Client_Bridged
