Connecting a fan to battery, need help with wiring

Thread Starter
Im trying to connect a fan to a battery, but being a total noob at this kind of thing, i've run into some problems. The problem is i have no clue which wires are needed to power the fan, and which are positive and negative. I know that red is usually positive and black is negative, but for some reason the fan manufacturer decided to not use a red wire. The wires go like this: blue, green, black, yellow. I would greatly appreciate it if someone could help me figure out which wire goes where.

Thats because its a PWM fan.

Yellow is the 12v (red on a non pwn fan)
Black is the 0

the green is the rpm sensor
and blue is the control
