Thread Starter

It is one of the best, feature packed gaming mobo's out there. Though it is unnecessary.
The price is so high for the audio/lan controller that comes with it and for the black theme. Only the most hard core of gamers care for that.

As for actual specs compared to the original rampage III. It is close to the same.

It does not feel like it outperforms any other similar cheaper mobo on day to day use.

Does not have anything special that makes it better than other mobos for overclocking. has similar results.

other than its priced high just for the sake of beating the competition's pricing, its a really great board for Gaming and OC.

The mobo you gou is one of the best as well ,only thing to get a new one for is for pci-e 3.0. But as far as i know no pci-e 3.0 x58 mobos thare is not a card out yet that uses it . The mobo u got has sata6 gb and usb3.0 so no need dor the new one also the mobo u got has alot of phase power nothing under lnc cooling your mobo can handle.

why would you get a PCI-E 3.0 X58 mobo? You need a PCI-E 3.0 controller to even take advantage of PCI-E 3.0
