Hi guys im new here so bear with me if i say things wrong haha xD

so i was overclocking my i5 and last night i got it to 4.0Ghz(20x200) with vcore of 1.28 (LLC Disabled) and IMC of 1.17. my idle temps were 40-45 and my load temps were about 71 but core0 failed the prime95 at around an hour cuz of rounding.

this morning i was overclocking and did another test at 3.6(18x200) with vcore of 1.20 (LLC enabled) and IMC of 1.16 however my idle temps were the same as the 4.0GHZ at around 39-43 celcius and load temps at 71C with prime however it didnt fail the prime95 for 4hours. the temp in my house is 81 degrees and I was wondering why the 3.6 is so high in terms of idle and load temps when the 4.0 had almos the same temps? is it a voltage problem?

i5-760 @2.80GHZ ~3.60GHZ
Cooler Master 212+ (2 antec fans)
Arctic MX-4
Cooler Master Elite 430 Case
Asus P7P55D-E
GTX 460
