To be honest, I don't know. I guess it felt like upgrading to more cores would make my performance better.

I'm not the best when it comes to computers and such, just know enough to put one together.

wait for the game to come out first. then see if you can live with the performance. for the video card i would recommend waiting for amd/nvidia to release their new stuff in Q4 2011 and Q1 2012. i'm still on a 4850 and i'm still holding out. you gotta fight that upgrade urge your having and get the better deal this end of the year.
