Skylit, I think you have already seen this from ESR but did you move your abyssus like this while drawing the vertical lines?
It's an LoL edtion, but an older version. (RZ01-00360100
/RZ01-0036(B)) I don't think Amazon carry non LoL edition mice.
and yes, I did.
Same Qck, 450DPI/1000hz
Unless I'm doing it wrong, it looks fine to me. I wish I could test it on my talent, but I'm in another state atm

Amazon. Do you happen to know the model numbers?

That said, I'm not entirely convinced by this review. If you move the Abyssus along certain angles, it's fine. Certain other angles, and it's just terrible. The QcK isn't the notoriously bad one. The Puretrak Talent is the bad one. I can get ~100 pixels of jitter around a straight line with my Abyssus. I've owned three (3) Abyssus' at this point and every single one has jittered. Two LoL editions, one not.
That's fine and I don't doubt your skepticism because I would also have the same feeling towards this mouse. Again, I don't have a talent on me to test, but the QcK is still a good base.
As it stands, my mouse isn't producing any tracking abnormalities as far as I'm
concerned.Edited by Skylit - 8/17/11 at 7:40am
