vengeance for sure. i'm digging the 2500k/asus p67 deluxe, but when the identical 2600k bundle is only +$20, thats a tough pass. I know you went i5, which I would do in almost every situation less a few--I love to save cash in the end. I do have 2 OCz Vertex 30gb ssd's in raid, I really do think 80/90 is perfect for me, but I am definitely making due w/ just 60gb OS. I am a programmer, so I prefer keep my IDE's on my OS drive, Eclipse, jGrasp, MS VS'10 etc. Visual Studio is relatively humongous Anyway, just my 2 cents. Enjoy your lovely Sandy B.. I still haven't made the leap, but look forward to some next gen CPU's.

it's actually a 140 dollar diff, not 20?

2500k bundle is 409
2600k bundle is 549

the 20 dollar diff is with the bundle of 2500k plus memory. I'm getting the memory from newegg

Yeap. Just pick whichever brand you're more comfortable with

If you hadn't already purchased an H80 I would be suggesting a Silver Arrow The H80 performs nicely too though.

I dunno about OC memory, please read this before buying memory for Sandy Bridge, especially OC memory.

You really dont even need that good of cooling for the i5 2500k........ depends how high you really want to go, I could get into a whole story about my 212+ and lapping experience (tldr it went f***ing great, awesome temp drop), but even before that I was very comfortable at 4.8ghz 1.41v......... for $45 ($30 + extra fan + ship).
