Build me an Intel gaming Desktop for 700?

This is not including windows or any other accessories, etc.
Basicly the most demanding tasks I do is Video encode/convert, Game, And use AutoCAD, would definitely like something faster than my current processor.

Lets just say the monitor will be a single 1080p screen, and I dont need to have completely maxed out setting's for the rest of my life, high-ish setting's with 2x-4x AA is enough for me.

Thanks for your time.

I have the 650TX. The link shows the old 650. There is a 650TX v2 that you want to get. The newer cards, the 6970's and higher specify the 650TX v2, not the original.

Since you said you do video conversion, you should consider a Z68 motherboard for the QuickSync feature.
