New MB and CPU, Same HDD and OS. Problem?

Thread Starter
I've replaced my old Phenom 2 940 with a Core i5 2500k and my Asus M3A79-T Deluxe MB with a MSI P67A-G45 MB, but I haven't installed a fresh copy of Windows 7 like some have suggested, but it's working just fine, and it's noticeably faster than it was before. So do I have anything to worry about or should I be fine?
