Fractal Define R3 or Phantom for air cooled

So this is going to be a pure gaming rig pc and I'm struggling on a case and have been for several weeks and can't decide, and even worse, it's between two very different cases, the NZXT Phantom and the Fractal Design Define R3, this is what will be going inside:

CPU - Intel i5 2500k 3.3GHz, Quad Core 6Mb Cache @ ~4.8GHz.
CPU COOLER - Noctua NH-D14
MOTHERBOARD - Asus P8P67 PRO Rev3.
RAM - Corsair Vengeance 8Gb (4x2) 1600MHz Low Profile.
GPU - MSI GTX 580 Twin FROZR II 1.5Gb - 4096MHz, 800MHz GPU, 1544MHz Shader.
PSU - Corsair 850W TXv2 85% Bronze.
HDD - Seagate Barracuda 7200RPM 1Tb.

Basically I want something thats got really good high airflow (I've narrowed it down to these 2 because the current market is saturated with plastic mesh and over zealous styling at the ~£100 mark) The reason I picked the R3 is the potential to have 7 fans in total, and I'd go with Thermaltake Thunderblade fans (70cfm iirc) which would create a decent flow, and a friend has it and it looks very sleek and the D14 fits in it!

The Phantom seems to be a name that keeps popping up for gaming rigs and airflow, my only problem with it is its fans; NZXT's 200's are actually 192 apparently and the D14 doesn't fit with a 200/230mm side fan. But it does look like it has places where fans can be retro fitted in, under both the HDD cage blowing up.

Which of these cases should I get, or should I get something else all together?

Have you considered the Raven RV03? I picked it over the Phantom and I would do it again in a heartbeat. It has spectacular airflow and unmatched cable management. I have a non-modular PSU and I have more than enough space in the back for all my cables. I know you're worried about plastic I've taken the top off mine over 100 times and it seems as sturdy as ever.

The RV03 seems to perform better than those other 2 cases and has room for 6 120mm fans + the two big ones on the bottom.

Take a look at this. The phantom is not far behind in performance.

I looked at all the Raven cases, I've gathered from the reviews that the RV02 was the best? I'm just slightly skeptical of the positive pressure and the RV03, at least in the pictures it looks very plasticy and quite cheap (sorry don't mean to bash your case , i'm just giving my personal opinion)

The other thing to bare in mind is that those tests are conducted with only the stock fans, so in the case of the R3, 2 out of 7 fans and 4 out of 7 in the Phantom, which does make a huge difference

If it's not too much trouble, could be cheeky and get a picture of your setup?

No problem at all

I made the back of my case much neater since taking the picture but even with that mess the side panel closed perfectly fine.
