Probably the fan has a defect and when it spins above a certain speed it starts to click. It's a known issue with some XFX units and a semi-rare random occurrence in all PSUs. Your PSU has a PWM controlled fan, so it spins faster as the PSU gets hotter, and the more power you deliver the hotter the PSU gets. So when you overclock you GPUs you increase load on the PSU, increasing the amount of heat it's putting off, increasing the fan speed... which makes the fan click.

Still RMAable. But not dangerous in the slightest.
I hope, but how come this issue persists if I run the furmark and stop the fan?
