Yea it can. I would just be carefull is all. Especially with higher overclocks. If your using it to stress test, Id recommend something else. Like crysis, or similar game. running 3dmark11 in a continuous loop works great too. Furmark just stresses the card more than anything else. It has been known to kill cards in the past. Ive seen posts of people frying there vrms, artifacts, instability, and just general card failure.
Personally, I dont find furmark a usefull tool. I think 3dmark11 or a very gpu intensive game works just as well, and better in sli situations. Furmark wont stress both gpus in a sli rig.
