C-50 to C-60, so E-350 to E-450?

I heard that the C-50 becomes a C-60 by a simple bios update. People thought that they were 2 different chips, but apparently, they are not. However, does this mean that the same thing will happen with the E-350? Do you think it will become the mysterious E-450?

I think it's not an overclock specifically, but an enabling of the turbo core feature which is supported through chipset. This basically turns the C-50 into a C-60. 1Ghz with 1.3Ghz turbo boost, GPU is same.

...since the difference between the E-350 and E-450 is the same Turbo feature the BIOS update might also transform the E-350. My
